Pocket Perks lists deals offered by local businesses. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
Deals are offered by the businesses
Each deal is set by the business that offers it, which decides its terms, limits and how it is honoured. Pocket Perks publishes deals on the businesses’ behalf and is not the seller. We work to keep listings accurate and remove offers when their end date passes, but a business may change or end an offer at any time. If anything matters to you — price, hours, availability — check with the business before you go.
Using a deal
Unless a deal says otherwise, show it on your phone at the business. Deals have no cash value, cannot be sold, and are subject to the terms shown with them and any the business applies at the counter.
Names, logos and pictures
Business names, logos and photos belong to the businesses they identify and are shown with their permission to identify them. Showing them does not mean Pocket Perks owns them or that a business endorses anything beyond its own listing. Pocket Perks is not affiliated with any town or government body whose name appears on the site.
Fair use of the site
Please do not misuse the site: no automated scraping at a volume that harms it, no attempts to get around its security, and no submitting forms with false or someone else’s information.
Links to other sites
Links to business websites, social pages and maps take you to sites we do not control.
No warranty
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Pocket Perks is not liable for a business’s refusal or failure to honour a deal, or for losses arising from use of the site.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
